Job Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification from recognised institutions
Minimum 5 years relevant LOCAL experience in Building and Construction Site / Project Management
Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team
Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines

Job Responsibilites:

Ensure deliverables for progress, cost, quality and performance within baselined plan and meeting company expectation
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, main-cons, vendors & subcontractors on assigned projects

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years’ Mechanical and Electrical experience
Autocad skills & basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team
Able to work under minimal supervision and be proactive
Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

To assist the Project Director/Manager in Mechanical & Electrical planning and supervision works;
To assist the Project Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects;
To co-ordinate sub-contract works;
To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems;
To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities;
To assist in cost engineering for tender.

Job Requirements:

Minimum ‘O’ or ‘N’ level education
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Mechanical & Electrical Construction
Ability to read drawings and plan resources and manpower
Possession of Work at Height and Building Construction Safety Supervision Certificates
Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to lead a team
Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

To coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors;
To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems;
To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Electrical wiring and installation;
Laying of cables on site;
Installation of trunking and conduit;
Repair and maintenance of electrical systems;
Assist in site administration and site coordination;
To co-ordinate sub-contract works;
Assist in simple shop drawings and as-built drawings;
Any other task assigned by the Company where appropriate;

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate Grade 7
Recognised technical certificate in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facility Technology or its equivalent.
Candidates with WSQ qualifications are welcome to apply.
Posses hands on and technical knowledge with minumum 3 years experience in Facilities Management.
Able to perform shift work

Job Responsibilites:

Perform electrical related work for all Low and High voltage systems, and preventive & breakdown technical support.
Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment
Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer’s enquiries, needs and complaints, plumbing and sanitary services, ACMV systems and chillers

Job Requirements:

Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role
Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS and BAS
Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills
Shift work may be required
Candidates with WSQ qualifications are welcome to apply
Those without relevant experience but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Mgmt and/or ACMV may be eligible to pursue studies under company-sponsored ITE traineeship programme in “Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services)”.

Job Responsibilites:

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and complaints
Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control
Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors’ work and documentation
